Terms and Conditions — luck68 Pakistan Online Platform

These Terms and Conditions (referred to in this document as "the Terms") govern your access to and use of the luck68 platform, including the website at luck68.onl, the luck68 mobile application, and all related services, games, betting markets and features provided under the luck68 brand.

Each individual may hold only one luck68 account. If you have previously closed a luck68 account and wish to open a new one, you must contact luck68 support before doing so. Opening a second account without prior approval will be treated as a duplicate account violation.

Your luck68 account credentials — your username and password — are personal to you. You must not share them with anyone else or allow another person to access your account. luck68 is not responsible for any losses or consequences arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your credentials or failed to keep them secure.

• Use a strong, unique password for your luck68 account that you do not use on other platforms.
• Do not access your account on shared or public devices without logging out afterwards.
• Contact luck68 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.

luck68 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other point deemed necessary. Verification may require submission of a valid CNIC or other identification document. Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawals suspended pending completion of the verification process.

• Funds deposited via a specific payment method will generally be returned to the same method upon withdrawal.

For sports betting on luck68 — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports markets — the following general principles apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds on in-play markets update in real time and the odds at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Bets once confirmed and accepted cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• luck68 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: clear pricing errors, incomplete matches where no result determination rule applies, or events that are cancelled without a result being declared.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a betting result, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport will be used. For cricket, this includes outcomes determined by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the relevant international cricket authority.
• luck68 reserves the right to limit bet sizes for specific players or specific markets at its discretion.

For casino games including slots, live casino and Bingo, each game operates according to its own rules and RTP (Return to Player) percentage. RTP information is displayed for all slot titles in the luck68 lobby before you begin playing. Outcomes in all casino games are determined by certified random number generation and are not influenced by previous results or by the platform.

luck68 offers bonuses and promotions to players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be displayed alongside the offer at the time it is presented. These general principles apply to all luck68 bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your luck68 account and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches or technical faults in games or betting markets to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are not considered valid and will not be paid.
• Using luck68 for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using payment methods belonging to another person without their express consent.
• Engaging in any behaviour that disrupts other players or the normal operation of the platform.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back or dispute legitimate transactions processed by luck68.

luck68 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, at any time, where there is reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified and the investigation will be completed within a reasonable timeframe.

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balance or winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that were not involved in the prohibited conduct may be returned at luck68's discretion following completion of the investigation.

Players may close their own luck68 account at any time by contacting support.
